Owner delegates
Deposit your broker and set the terms. It stays yours, and it starts earning commission the moment it lands, whether or not anyone has rented it yet. Pull it out any time it is not rented.

Rent it out. Someone else pays to activate it and works the shift. You keep the NFT the whole time, it earns commission from the day you delegate it, and when the rental ends it is yours alone again, still activated at the tier they paid for.
The NFT never leaves the vault. The renter never touches it.

Deposit your broker and set the terms. It stays yours, and it starts earning commission the moment it lands, whether or not anyone has rented it yet. Pull it out any time it is not rented.
Hold $RAB to rent. Pick a broker and take the term. If nobody has activated it yet you put up the $STONKBROKER to switch it on and set the tier. If a previous renter already did, you take it at that tier for nothing, or pay the difference to raise it. Hold a million $RAB per rental and Rent-A-Broker takes nothing on top.
Stock rewards and airdrops split between the two of you on the listing terms. Commission goes to the owner. When the rental ends the renter walks, the owner keeps the activation, and everything the broker earns after that is the owner's alone until it is rented again.
Delegating pays. Renting pays. The broker does not care which one you are.
What comes in, what turns it on, and who gets it.
Clock In and Overtime pay tokenized stock into the broker's wallet, weighted by activation tier. This is the stream a renter is buying.
A share of $RAB liquidity fees and the protocol's cut of renter rewards pays out to every delegated broker. It does not need a renter and it does not need activation.
Projects launching in the StonkBrokers ecosystem distribute tokens to activated brokers. A delegated broker that is activated catches them automatically.
An idle broker earns nothing. A delegated one earns commission. A delegated and activated one earns all three, and between rentals the owner takes all of it.
Rentals are not live yet.

Listing opens at launch. Register your broker now and it goes up the day the floor opens.
Commission starts accruing when $RAB launches and the floor opens. Registering now reserves your place, it does not start a stream.
Want to list but do not own a broker yet? These are for sale in the StonkBrokers collection.
Your broker sits in the vault for the length of the rental. The renter gets the rewards, not the asset. There is no state in the contract where they can withdraw it.
When you deposit, the vault records everything already in your broker's wallet, including the stock it was seeded with at mint. That stays yours. A renter can only claim what arrives after that.
If nobody has rented it, you can withdraw instantly for nothing. Withdrawing clears the activation, because that is how the base protocol works and we do not get to change it.
Depositing is a transfer, and transfers clear activation. If you have already activated your broker, that tier is lost when it enters the vault. Delegate an unactivated broker, activate it yourself once it is in the vault, or leave it cold and let a renter pay to set the tier.
What the renter pays for, and what the owner gets back.
| Tier | Activation cost | Reward share |
|---|---|---|
| T1 | 66,666 STONKBROKER | 1.00x |
| T2 | PENDING | PENDING |
| T3 | PENDING | PENDING |
| T4 | PENDING | PENDING |
| T5 | 1,666,666 STONKBROKER | 3.33x |
Tier belongs to the broker, not the renter. Once someone activates it, it stays. The next renter takes it as it is or pays to raise it, and it never goes back down. A broker that gets rented often climbs on its own.
Once a broker is activated, the split is the only price. An owner listing a tier five broker should be asking for more of it than an owner listing a cold one.
Middle tier values to be confirmed against the live activation contract before launch. Half of every activation fee is burned by the base protocol. Rent-A-Broker never handles that fee and cannot waive it.
$RAB is the key to the floor. You hold it to rent a broker, and the more you hold the less Rent-A-Broker takes out of your reward share. At a million $RAB our cut is zero.
$RAB does not pay you anything for holding it. It is not a claim on the vault, on any broker, or on any stock inside one. Its liquidity fees do not go to holders, they go to the brokers on the floor.
The fee curve
effective = balance / active rentals fee = 0.10 x (1,000,000 - effective) / 900,000 clamped to the range 0 to 0.10
The fee is a percentage of the renter's reward share, never an upfront payment. Below 100,000 $RAB you cannot rent. Between 100,000 and 1,000,000 it scales linearly from 10% down to zero. At 1,000,000 and above it is zero. The balance counts per active rental, so renting ten brokers at zero fee needs ten million $RAB, not one.
A renter has at most two costs and neither is a payment to the owner. The first is the activation burn, paid in $STONKBROKER to the StonkBrokers contract with half of it burned, and it only applies if they are switching the broker on or raising its tier. The second is the Rent-A-Broker fee, taken out of their reward share. There is no upfront rental fee. The owner is paid on the back end through their reward split, commission, and the activation tier that stays on the broker.
Your balance is checked every time the broker pays out, not once at the start. Hold it for the term or the fee comes back. The 100,000 minimum applies when you open a rental. Open terms are never cancelled for a low balance, the fee just tops out at 10%.
$RAB has not launched and there is no contract address. Any token trading as $RAB right now is not ours. The address goes up here and on our X account on launch day and nowhere else.
No. It stays in the vault for the whole rental and the renter holds a claim on rewards, not on the NFT.
